adopt regulations that prescribe the: (a) Courses of study for which an end-of-course final must be administered; and (b) Amount, expressed as a percentage of the pupil’s overall grade in the course of study or other weight, that the

end-of-course

final must comprise when determining the overall grade of a pupil in the course for which the end-of-course final is administered.
