Claim & ideas
Universities
are not doing their best to protect their students from Title IX violations, in particular, sexual
assault
1.Order Universities by their violations, discuss how they were handled
2. If violations of Title IX are handled correctly, to discus how they can prevent future assault cases
3. More
states should enacting “Yes means Yes” law, which defines sexual consent helping colleges handle sexual assaults correctly and more
efficiently
4. Also, Universities should enforce students to learn their Title IX rights Slide7
Conclusion
Universities can prevent sexual assaults and preserve their image by handling sexual assaults correctly and efficiently
With students knowing their Title IX, they can take
proper actionSlide8
