For more information about your actual licence conditions please call the NSW Office of Water, Moree on (02) 6757 2500. Access rules Upper Gingham Watercourse management zone Access rules for rivers and creeks Very Low Flow Class Users must cease to pump when the flow at the reference point is less than or equal to 250 ML/day. Users can commence to pump when the flow at the reference point is more than 250 ML/day. Cease/commence to Planned Environmental Water Class Users can commence to pump when the flow at the reference point is more than the announced environmental water flow in ML/day. Reference point Gingham Channel at Tillaloo gauge (418076) Access rules for natural off-river pools Cease to pump Pumping is not permitted when the water level in that natural off-river pool is Reference point Individual natural off-river pool Lower Gingham Watercourse management zone Access rules for rivers and creeks Very Low Flow Class Users must cease to pump when the flow at the reference point is less than or equal to the minimal flow depth of 1.0 metre on the Gingham Bridge gauge (418079) or less than or equal to 4000 ML/day at the Gingham Bridge gauge or no visible flow at the Gingham Watercourse at Morialta Road. Reference point Gingham channel at Gingham Bridge gauge (418079) and Gingham Watercourse Access rules for natural off-river pools Cease to pump Pumping is not permitted when the water level in that natural off-river pool is lower than its full capacity. Note: ‘Full capacity’ can be approximated by the pool water level at the point where there is no visible flow into and out of that pool. Note: Natural off-river pools include those pools located on flood runners, floodplains and effluents e.g. lakes, lagoons and billabongs. Reference point Individual natural off-river pool Access rules Note: These access rules do not apply: if the existing Water Act 1912 entitlement had more stringent access licence conditions. These existing conditions will be carried forward under the plan and are included in appendix 3. to major water utility, local water utility or unregulated river (town water supply) access licences. to water taken for domestic consumption by stock and domestic access licences. for the first 5 years of the plan to water taken for stock watering by stock and domestic access licences. to water taken from existing dams. Any existing licence conditions associated with a dam will be carried forward under the plan.
