Slide16What have we discovered so far
Lots of self management happening in Argyll & Bute
There is still a silo approach
Much more needs to be done to join it all up togetherWe need to brand and market our Self Management strategy as something recognisable and workable to get a consistent message out
We have good 3rd sector engagement but need to increase the engagement/support from our HSCP colleagues
