3.1 Trading in unprocessed Agricultural ProduceThe EAC Rules of OriginAdditional certificates are required in order to ensure food, animal and human health and safety. This is commonly referred to as Sanitary and

from designated agencies before being able to import the produce into another EAC Partner State.
