The Administration Committee will decide final winners. Winning clubs will be notified by email two weeks prior to the National Convention (14 May, 2015). Winning clubs will be formally announced at the Convention and thewinning video will be screened to delegates. In the event a club is not available to receive the award at the Convention the club’s District Governor will accept the award on the club’s behalf.
