- local labour worked for half normal rates

- funded from KF reserves

- total cost around 25k ( rental levels to reflect 10 year payback)

labour - KF receives nominal land rental. Tied accommodation.

2005 – Son rise a Frame built by local building

Contractor, no land rental – becomes a Foundation
