Effective October 1, 2013, WorldPay will pass through the new rate, which will be included in your October statement. The fee is assessed for the submission of each sales transaction to Visa for settlement and supports the size of the file being transmitted, as well as the Access Fee which includes the Acquirer Fee, and the ancillary fees charged by Visa. The new rate is $.0047. MasterCard Kilobyte (KB) Access Fee Change — Effective October 1, 2013 The MasterCard Kilobyte (KB) / Access fee will now be passed through to you. Effective October 1, 2013, WorldPay will pass through the new rate, which will be included in your Ocfor the submission of each sales transaction to MasterCard for settlement and supports the size of the file being transmitted, as well as the Access Fee which includes the Acquirer Fee, and the ancillary fees charged by MasterCard. The new rate is $.0044. Effective October 1, 2013, MasterCard will initiate a $0.0025 fee each time a CVC2 code is submitted during the transaction validation process and will be passed through to merchants as a Miscellaneous Fee on the monthly merchant processing statement. DEBIT NETWORKS Following last year’s move by the STAR network to initiate an annual merchant participation fee, the Jeanie and PULSE debit payment networks have implemented an annual participation fee too. All merchants who are enabled to process payments over these networks are now assessed this fee, regardless of the acquirer they use. To enhance your ability to track this fee in one place, WorldPay is passing through this direct charge by the STAR, Jeanie and PULSE payment networks on your September monthly processing statement. Fee details are provided below. All merchants enabled to process payments over the Jeanie Debit Payment Network are now assessed an Annual Merchant Participation Fee of $6 per participating merchant location or website and applies to all merchants enabled on the Jeanie network. Per the terms of your WorldPay customer processing agreement, this fee will be passed along to you, appearing in the September 2013 WorldPay processing statement.
