10. MotivationMany Polish Universities and Institutes cooperate closely with Universities and Institutes in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv, as well as in other scientific centres of Ukraine
11. MotivationCenter is established to maintain and further develop scientific and scientific-technical cooperation between the Republic of Poland and Ukraine
12. MotivationCenter works in this area together with the Polish Embassy in Kiev, Polish Consulates, Ukraine National Academy of Sciences and Universities, organizations and other research and technology centers in the country.
13. MotivationAs important, should be considered a declaration of the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, prof. B. Paton to establish also the Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Warsaw
