What is a script?

A script is a story written in dialogue form in which the story is related to the audience by what the characters say. There is less reliance on a narrator to communicate the event of the story.

What are stage directions

Stage directions are those parts of the script that relate specific directions for performers, directors, or tech. workers that relate what something looks like or how something should happen in a play. These directions are not part of the spoken dialogue.
