Some schools think that having metal detectors is expensive and need a cop or security guard, and some schools cant afford that much money. Also schools want their students to get more education and buy more books and 4,000$ is a lot and they cant spend all that money on one thing. Slide4

we live in a world where people no longer think twice
before harming others. Metal detectors in schools will save most lives of students and staff. The metal detectors will act as a warning to those students, staff ,or any other visitor members who
choose to come to the school with a weapon

If schools don’t have metal detectors anybody would get hurt, such as student, staff ,and visitors. Criminals can get in the school so easily and would kidnap or kill a student and also they could get money out of the parent of the student.Slide6
Viewpoint
Students cant go to school scared everyday from getting murdered or injured form someone or something, for example students that get bullied everyday they would want to hurt the bully by bringing a knife or gun but the metal detectors would stop them.so the students would never think of doing something because they know what will stop them.Slide7
Why a police
Having a metal detector needs a cop or police just in case if a criminal throws the weapon over the metal detector or if he gets caught he cant run away. The cop or security guard can have a metal detector in his hand to double check the person . Also it could help by keeping the lines good and no fight can happen and could make sure the person gets scanned rightSlide8
