Beginner / Intermediate – Zero to 3 years experience or < 70% success in NVWF
Intermediate – At least 1 year in NVWF, with > 70% success
Advanced – Placed in VAWA States
National – Top 3 in VAWA States or , member of a National Team, or placed in a National event
