Dr. Raj Basu is on the Management faculty in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Additionally, he is the faculty advisor for President’s Leadership Society at Oklahoma State University – Tulsa. Prior to returning to faculty, Dr. Basu served 15 years as the Vice- President for Academic Aairs for OSU – Tulsa. Dr. Basu researches and teaches in the areas of leadership, employee performance, coaching, team performance, conict management, and negotiations. He also consults with companies in the energy, nancial services, government, non-prot, telecommunications, and other industries. Dr. Basu is a member of the Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association. He is also a member of Leadership Oklahoma, Class XVIII. He is a four-time recipient of the Jack Allen Award for outstanding Teaching in the MBA Program, the Greiner Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching, and the Richard Poole Award for Outreach Excellence. He received his MBA from Duke University and his Ph.D. from Purdue University.
