CABINET OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS - POST MEETING STATEMENT CABINET DECISION S 2 7 th March , 2019 His Excellency the Governor Augustus J. U. Jaspert chaired the M eeting held on 27 th March, 2019 at the Premier’s Conference Room , Central Administration Building . All Members were present . Cabinet : 1. A ccepted the resignation of the Chairman Mr. Trefor Grant , Deputy Chair Mrs. Xavyrna Samuels - Fahie and Treasurer Mrs. Nashema Smith - McKenzie of the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee and: a. decided that Mr. Carnel Clyne, Mr. Khalid Frett and Mr. Nicholas Bailey respectively, with immedi ate effect for th e term of this Administration ; b. decided that the following persons will remain on the Committee in their present appointments for the term of this Administration : i. Ms. Lynette Harrigan (Public Relations Officer); ii. Mr. Stuart Donovan (Member); iii. Mr. Samuel Hodge (Member ); iv. Dr. Kathryn Smith (Member); v. Mr. Ottley Hodge (Member); vi. Ms. Harrella Georges - Representative from Anegada; vii. Representative, Carrot Bay Cultural Fiesta; viii. Representative, Virgin Gorda Easter Festival Committee; ix. Representative, East End/Long Look Committee; and x. Cultural Officer (Secretary). c. decided that the following persons be appointed as members of the Committee for the term of this Administration : i. M

Mr. Greggory Callwood - Representative from Jost Van Dyke. d. noted that the appointments of the following persons will be revoked on the basis of non - attendance at meetings: i. Mr. Lyndon Hodge; ii. Mr. Ricky Callwood - Jost Van Dyke Representative; iii. Mr. Marvin Blyden; and iv. Dr. Richard Georges. 2. Approved the revocation of the appointments of all members, except the ex - officio members, of the following Boards, with immediate effect: a. British Virgin Islands Tourist Board; and b. British Virgin Islands Ports Authority. 3. Approved two Non - Belongers Land Holding Licence s. Published by the Cabinet Office on 8 th April , 2019 . ### Guidelines: 1. Cabinet decisions will be published by the Cabinet Office following confirmation of the minutes. 2. Only a summary of the decisions will be published. 3. Cabinet discussions will not be disclosed. 4.
