Added: One voting member as appointed by the Western Interconnection Regional Advisory Body.Five voting at-large members, one representing each of the WECC member classes.One voting at-large member representing international [jurisdiction] members.Two non-voting WECC executives as appointed by the CEO4

Western Resource Adequacy ProgramPrimary program design completedProvides a hub for a participant to call for resource support.Assures a pool of available resource & means to bring participant response.Preliminary stage is non-binding on participating parties.Total of 20 participants as of October 4 and growing.Representing 9 states & one Canadian Province, over 57 of the approximate 86 GW total NWPP non-coincident peak 2020 load.Full program expected to be operational in 2024 & beyond PNW.8

WECC Resource Adequacy WorkIdentifies potential reliability risks stemming from load & resource change over next 10 years.Provides analysis and information to stakeholders and decision makers based on:Initiatives such as the Western Assessment of Resource AdequacyGeneration Resource Adequacy Forecast (GRAF) toolSupports NERC Long-Term Reliability Assessment (LTRA) development10
