The framework takes account of a range of categories of women entrepreneurs intending to establish new businesses with growth potential, including women retrenched from management positions in state-owned enterprises, those with private sector experience wishing to start their own business, women’s groups, and young graduates aiming to establish Government units, small enterprise and WED support agencies, and BDS providers can use the GOWE guide to identify gaps in service provision.
