4. 3” = Bentonite or Grout Pipe Lines.2’’ = Sodium Silicate Pipe line.6” = Water(Cooling and dewatering) and Compressed Air Pipe lines.10” = Slurry Pipe line.12” = Slurry Pipe line.Chapter 1. Service PipelineModule 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

5. Chapter 1. Service PipelineService pipe lines are fallowing :Almost all service pipelines are 6mtrs length. Before Dislodgement Service pipe line please confirm with responsible persons to start dismantling.3” = Bentonite or Grout Pipe Lines.2’’ = Sodium Pipe line6” = Water and Air Pipe lines.10” = Slurry Pipe line.12” = Slurry Pipe line.Load all dismantling Service pipeline to MSV flatcar and Tie with Proper belt and sent outside to tunnel.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

6. Chapter 2. WalkwayModule 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

7. Chapter 2. WalkwayBefore Dislodgement walk way please confirm with responsible persons to start dismantling.Walkway around 5mtrs length.Load Walkway platform to MSV flat-car with use of chain pulley attached with flat-car or manually loading.Load all dismantling walkway to MSV flatcar and Tie with Proper belt and sent outside to tunnel.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

8. Chapter 3. HT CableModule 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

9. Chapter 3. HT CableBefore Dislodgement HT Cable make sure Cable was discharged from power supply and please confirm with responsible persons to start dismantling.HT Cable Dismantling time need more caring for cable and roll every 250mtrs of cable to individual cable drum and sent outside.Separate HT junction Boxes from cable and sent outside of tunnel with use of MSV Flat-car with proper tie.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

10. Chapter 4. Control CablesModule 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

11. Chapter 4. Control CablesBefore Dislodgement control Cable make sure Cable was Disconnected from Source and please confirm with responsible persons to start dismantling.Control cables are Profi-bus or Optical fibber cable, telephonic cable and Survey Communication cable.Control Cable Dismantling time need more caring for cable and roll on cable drum and sent outside.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

12. Chapter 5. Ventilation DuctModule 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

13. Chapter 5. Ventilation DuctBefore start dismantling ventilation duct, should confirm Ventilation fan was switched off and power supply disconnected or not.Ventilation Duct removing with use of mobile elevated working platform and fold individual pieces egg; 100mtrs or 130mtrs and load on MSV Flatcar.Roll the rope top side of the ventilation duct and collect all ventilation hooks keep all hooks in one wooden Box and Keep separately and load that box also on MSV.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

14. After Removing Ventilation duct, walkway and Service pipeline Tunnel Viewwith use of mobile elevated working platform crosscheck again any ventilation hooks or bolting systems are under segments and remove all unwanted bolts or hooks inside segment.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

15. Chapter 6. Dismantling Booster PumpsModule 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

16. Chapter 6. Dismantling Booster PumpsBefore Dismantling Booster pumps check inlet and outlet connections disconnected or not and Check power connection cable removed or not. With use of chain blocks to load booster pumps on MSV flatcar and sent out side of the tunnel.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM

17. View of the Tunnel after all services dismantling from Tunnel.Module 2: TBM Disassembly-Analysis of Services Dismantling of the TBM
