Alt. Hypothesis- We change the four flushers to dual-flush and it doesn’t benefit the the campus
Null Hypothesis- The test dual flush systems don’t work and cause back-up in the pluming

We want to install 4 dual flush handles in the SEM 2 B building to see how well they work with 3.5 GPF toilets; this will help us determine if it’s worth installing dual flush handles in all of SEM 2.
