“And who are you?” asked Dayo as he
“And who are you?” asked Dayo as he continued to approach the children. Now Pipa couldn’t hold back. She jumped out from behind her brother and towards the Dragon.I’m Pipa, and this is my big brother Ben. Pipa gently touched Dayo’s snout and lether hand walk up and down on it. Dayo wiggled with his ears (this is a sign for dragons that they feel comfortable). “And you’re a real dragon?” Pipa asked excitedly. “As real as the Tooth Fairy”, Dayo proudly replied. Ben slowly joined the duo after observing the situation from a few meters away. “Can you breathe re?” the Boy asked. “Of course! I am a Dragon, “ said the Dragon proudly, as he stretched his head into the air. “Come on, let’s see!”, Ben called, accompanied by an excited “Yes, please re!” from his little sister Pipa. “Fine,” said Dayo, “but you must go further away because I don’t want you to burn yourselves.” The children moved away from the Little Dragon again. Their eyes wide open, theylooked forward to what may happen next. Dayo gave himself a short break, like a singer who wanted to tune in to his song. Then he pulled his neck far back to stretch it as rmly as he could. He sharpened his mouth. But the promised ames were nowhere to be seen. Instead, Dayo coughed briey, and two rings of smoke emerged from his nostrils in the direction of the children. “I must have swallowed myself,” said the dragon, as he scratched his head in shame. All of a sudden, the Davis kids were just laughing. It didn’t take long and Dayo joined in with the uncontrolled laughter. “Doesn’t matter. This can happen to anyone,” said Ben. “And practice makes the master, as we know,” said Pipa, as they approached the dragon again and hugged him.Pipa yawned and looked at the clock. “It’s late. We should go to sleep. Tomorrow is school again,” explained Pipa weary, while she frowned at the word “school”. The children went into their beds as a quiet Dragon voice sounded from the room corner: “And me? Can I sleep with you?” “Of course,” Ben answered, and Pipa agreed with a “We are now friends”. The children offered the Little Dragon to make himself comfortable in the laundry basket in the closet, in which he had landed in only a half an hour earlier. “Then I wish you a good night, FRIENDS,” murmured the dragon, with a large smile gleaming over his entire face.“Good Night, Dayo. Sleep well” the children whispered to him with a happy glance, before the Dragon disappeared again in the dark of the closet.Well, dear children. That’s how Dayo came into our world here. But what you stillneed to know about him: only children can see Dayo since he loves fun and knowsno fear, which is why he is always there where children have fun or need his help. But more of Dayo and his adventures in London, you will soon nd out. And now youtoo cl

ose your eyes and dream something sweet.--- THE END ---Dayo StoriesEpisode1:Hi, I’m Dayo and I’m a dragon. Do you want to be my friend? You’re probably wondering what a dragon is doing here in London? Sit with me and I’ll tell you mystory.Dayo: I come from a fantastic country. It’s Utoothia. This is the land from which theTooth Fairy comes. In Utoothia, we dragons live in the Enamel Mountains, becausewe just love to y between the peaks and feel the wind on our faces.Narrator: Dayo, you’re avoiding the subject. I think it’s best for everyone to keep telling the story. So sharpen your ears and listen. The Dragons from Utoothia are very friendly beings and they are the helpers of the Tooth Fairy. They have great pleasure in teasing each other and having fun. They also draw their forces from this. And you don’t know fear, because there’s no such thing as fear in Utoothia. There are no reasons to have fear. What distinguishes our Dayo here from his fellow species, is his great curiosity, and this is what brought him to London. One evening, when the Tooth Fairy set back on the way to the human world, our little friend here was literally attracted by the luminous Portal, which had opened up for the Tooth Fairy. Hypnotized, he walked towards the light and began to utter his nostrils. That’s what makes a dragon curious. But Dayo was too young and came so close to the Portal that it sucked him in and spat him out in the human world. He was so fast that he could only be perceived as a gleaming ball of light, just like ashooting star ying over the night sky. Dayo was lucky that a window of a house, towhich he was zooming straight towards, was opened and he politely landed in acloset. The house belonged to the Davis family from London, the open window belonged to the children’s room, and the clothes in which our good little dragon landed were those of a boy and a little girl.Dayo got up and coughed up a sock from his nose. Suddenly, he saw that two children looked stunned into the dark closet. However, this wasn’t surprising due to the gleaming light and the rumble that the meteor caused. The Davis children lookedinto the dark closet, which was illuminated only by two clumsy eyes. Ben summed upall his courage and asked: “Who or what are you?” From the depths of the closet, one voice replied: “I am Dayo and I am a dragon”. When he heard the word “dragon”,he grabbed a chair and advised his sister Pipa to stand behind him.“We won’t do anything to you if you don’t do anything to us. So please, come slowlyout of the closet,” Ben stammered behind his little sister with huge eyes to see whatmight happen. Slowly, the eyes from the closet grew bigger and bigger, accompanied by a tapping noise. The Davis children could slowly see the outline ofthe creature: big pointed teeth, big nostrils, and even bigger eyes and ears
