ACCOMMODATION Gdańsk and the nearby seaside resort of Sopot offer a wide range of accommodation, from luxury hotels to budget hostels. However, as the conference will take place during high tourist season, early booking is advised. The organizers do not offer any accommodation, nor do they take part in the booking proce ss (with the exception of St Bridget’s Centre, see below) . However, they will gladly provide advice and assistance if needed. The following list presents a selection of available accommodation, arranged by location, type and price. Unless otherwise indicat ed, breakfast is included. The prices quoted are for single rooms and may be subject to change. The current exchange rate is: 1 EUR = 4,25 PLN, 1 GBP = 5,4 0 PLN. The University campus is located in the district of Gdańsk Oliwa; Gdańsk Old Town is approxim ately 15 minutes away by a local commuter train (SKM) or 30 minutes by tram; Sopot is 1 0 minutes away by train .
