HUD Data Collection

Continuums of Care (

CoCs

) must use a locally-administered Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to collection client-level data.CoCs provide aggregate data to HUD via:

Annual Performance Reports (APR) (program level)

Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) (community level)
