for “Unité Mixte de Recherche” i.e. joint research centres between several independent institutions in the field of research and/or higher education)Pooling existing software applicationsProviding consistent and comprehensive data to avoid multiple data inputFacilitating interoperability between systems of the various organisms (by decreasing multilateral data exchanges)

Providing stakeholders (labs, research institutions, higher education institutions and ministry) with a national and centralized IS for scientific research which shall enable them to share comprehensive and consistent reference data
