WaveguideAdding groove takes at least a couple of daysIf MI engineering group is ready to install the RF device, we should provide the full structure We need a decisionDo we really need a groove?If we have a groove, the device can hold a pressure w/o gas flow If no groove, we need to flow an ionization gas to keep a certain pressure What is the matter?
