NAR Sold Data Policy Update
We won the fight for your data rights!
At the NAR convention it will be proposed that MLS’s be required to provide sold data in an IDX feed. At first, the proposal didn’t have any provisions for Non-Disclosure states. But, CEO Rebecca Jensen, along with the
support of the leadership and
members of our local boards fought for our broker’s proprietary rights to sold data. Thanks to their
effort,
a provision was written in
that excludes Non-Disclosure states from this requirement (they name Utah specifically).
We
work hard to protect your data and are happy to report
that
we were successful
!

We’ve now made it even easier for you to list your rentals by including a link to your Rental account on the MLS.
