How the databases could improve with using accuracy and usability. The productivity is that it makes it much more faster when for example the employee needs a queries so that they can identify where is the position of the employee e.g. job status, age, gender, birthdate, address, etc. The accuracy is that when you need to write the name of the person, birth of date, address, etc. in the table because when it is not accurate for example when your suppose to have £20,000 a year but they have given you only £15,000 so it is not correct so they need to update the database everyday, so that they won’t be having any problem with the database. The usability is that for example the sort is that it will be easier for them to find the name of the employee or where they live.
