Commissioner Jackson called the meeting to order with the following members present and absent: PRESENT: Ryan Jackson, Ron Garrison, Gary Fuxa ABSENT: Milton Mitchell, Scott Northcutt 2. MINUTES. 1. Consider approval of minutes of the Police Civil Service Commission special meeting of January 14th, 2021 Moved by Ron Garrison, seconded by Gary Fuxa, Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Ryan Jackson, Ron Garrison, and Gary Fuxa 3. BUSINESS. 1. Direct Captain Fuxa to administer the written portion of the exam for the rank of Patrol Officer, with this testing to occur in the Chief's Conference Room of the Enid Police Department located at 301 W. With the following Commissioners being present: Present: Ryan Jackson, Ron Garrison, Scott Northcutt, and Gary Fuxa Absent: Milton Mitchell Moved by Scott Northcutt, seconded by Ron Garrison, Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Ryan Jackson, Ron Garrison, Scott Northcutt, and Gary Fuxa 4. Conduct the oral portion of the exam for the rank of Patrol Officer. The following recruits being present for the oral portion of the exam for the rank of Patrol Officer: 1. Neal Storey 2.
