Post Level Reports Consolidated Post Report Established in 1975 to assist Departments in the documentation of Post level activities during the 12 month reporting period. The CPR will be mailed to each Post and posted online at https://www.ohiolegion.com/forms/ under “Post Forms” Due by July 1 st of each year. Annual Post Data Report National Report requiring Posts to update their location and contact information in order to update legion.org and mylegion.org. Mailed to each Post in February of each year.
