Mo ved by Commissioner Quimby , supported by Commissioner Olshove , t hat the minutes of the Lans ing Appeal Hearings of July 16 , 2013 , be approved as written and presented, motion carried b y unanimous vote. 2. The hearing for Pardesh, Inc., Request ID# 671741, which was scheduled for today, has been postponed. 3 . Salacious Spirits L.L.C., 1119 Owen Mumaw Industrial Drive, Greenville, Eureka Township, Montcalm County Request ID# 675138 The licensing hearing was conducted for Salacious Spirits L.L.C. , Request ID# 675138 . Jason Geissler appeared on behalf of the Att orney Generals Office and Lenn Stark, member, appeared on behalf of the applicant. Mr. Geissler and Mr. Stark offered comments regarding this case. After di scussion on the rec ord, Commissioner Quimby made a motion to reverse the previous Commission Order of denial dated June 4 , 2 013, and to remand the application for a new Small Distiller and Small Wine Maker License back to the Licensing Division for further review, as set forth in the Licensing Appeal Order. Commissioner Olshove supported, and the motion was carried by unanimou s vote. 4. Just a Little FEC, LLC, d/b/a Spare Time FEC, 3101 E G rand River, Lansing, Ingham C ounty Requ est ID# 703422 The licensing hearing was condu cted for Just a Little FEC, LLC, ID# 703422 . Jason Geissler appeared on behalf of the Attorne y Generals Office, member Michael Hearings Conducted on Tuesday, July 23 , 2013 Page 2 MacColeman and manager Michael Allen , appeared on behalf of the licensee . M r. Geissler, Mr. MacColeman and Mr. Allen offered comments regarding this case. After discussion on the record, Commissioner Quimby made a moti on to reverse the previous Commissio n Order of denial dated July 3 , 2013, and to remand the application to enlarge the existing Outdoor Service (1 area) back to the Licensing Division for further review , as set forth in the Licensing Appeal Order. Commiss ioner Olshove supported, and the motion was carried by unanimous vote.
