Declining Traditional Aged Enrollment Difficulty Finding Workers With The Knowledge , Skills , and Competencies Needed to Fill TODAY’S J obs More than 22% of working adults have some college & no degree By 2020, 65% of ALL Jobs Will Require A Degree, US Will Fall Short By 23 Million Lumina Foundation’s “Big Goal” - 60 % of Americans with Postsecondary C redentials by 2025 Chancellor Zimpher’s SUNY Completion Goal of 100,000 Degrees Awarded Annually by 2020 Research shows as few as 25% of adult students interested in pursuing higher education actually make it into the classroom.
