FLEXX Urban 3000 Bogie The BOMBARDIER* FLEXX* Urban 3000 bogie platform will be typically used for 100% low- oor trams. With this bolsterless bogie the solution of a 100% low- oor vehicle is achieved in combination with the robustness of bogie using standard axle technology.
