Targedau 1. Drwy’r cynllun byddwn yn cyfrannu at gynyddu lefelau cynhyrchiant yng Nghymru dros y degawd nesaf.2. Byddwn yn cael gwared ar y bwlch o ran cyfraddau diweithdra oedran gweithioac anweithgarwch economaidd rhwngCymru a chyfartaledd y DU ymhen 10mlynedd.3. Byddwn yn cael gwared ar y bwlch rhwngCymru a gweddill y DU ar bob lefelcymhwyster ymhen deng mlynedd, acyn sicrhau ein bod yn y dyfodol o leiafyn cynnal ein perfformiad o gymharu âgweddill y DU.Targets1. Through the plan we will contribute toincreasing productivity levels in Wales inthe next decade. 2. We will eliminate the gap in working age unemployment and economic inactivityrates between Wales and the UK averagewithin 10 years.3. We will eliminate the gap between Walesand the rest of the UK at all qualificationlevels in ten years, and ensure infuture as a minimum, we maintain ourperformance relative to the rest of theUK.

Targedau 4. Byddwn yn lleihau nifer y bobl sy’n NEETyng Nghymru. Mae tua 57,000 o boblifanc 16-24 mlwydd oed yng Nghymrusy’n NEET. 5. Byddwn yn gweithio gyda phartneriaid inodi targedau addas er mwyn cynyddunifer y bobl anabl sydd mewn gwaith.6. Byddwn yn gosod targed ar y cyd agIechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru i gynyddu nifery cyflogwyr sy’n cymryd rhan yn RhaglenCymru Iach ar Waith .Targets4. We will reduce the number of peoplewho are NEET in Wales. There areapproximately 57,000 16-24 year olds inWales who are NEET.5. We will work with partners to identifysuitable targets for increasing thenumber of disabled people in work.6. We will set a target in partnership withPublic Health Wales to increase the number of employers engaged in the Healthy Working Wales Programme

Cymru’n GweithioO fis Ebrill 2019 bydd Llywodraeth Cymru yn disodli ei gyfres bresennol o raglenni cyflogadwyedd: ReAct; Twf Swyddi Cymru; y Rhaglen Sgiliau Cyflogadwyedd a Hyfforddeiaethau, gyda rhaglen gyflogadwyedd sengl newydd ar gyfer ymgeiswyr nad ydynt yn gyflogedig – Cymru’n gweithio.
