Dear Ms. Bean. I am an avocado grower. Regrettably,your guidelines lump water di stricts, municipal water districts under urban suppliers which is grossly inaccurate. My water district Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) in San Diego County supplies me and hundreds of farmers our water to grow this important crop. RMWD serves a rur al population and I understand that 70% of it's water supplies agriculture in north San Diego County.With these Draconian measure I will be out of business and jobs will be lost.There needs to be a clear distinction between residential landscape use and gr owers of important food crops. The Governor promised not to touch agriculture. We are agriculture. Governor Brown is a man of his word. Please revise your guidelines to reflect his promise. Sincerely, Bud Swanson Rainbow, CA
