Action Requested
Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the North of Albert’s Planned Development (PD) / Westside Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) dated “Received July 10, 2015”, subject to the conditions listed under the DRC Recommendation in the Staff Report,
with the following modification to Condition #16 as recommended by DRC:

Need to have a road agreement in place for the conveyance of the right-of-way required for Road “A”, Road “B” and Road “C”
The applicant must comply with the requirements of the North of Albert’s Transportation Agreement approved by the BCC on August 4, 2015.
