Recapping their weekJuly 21st-25th highlights Hillside ShopRite:Manager: TimDepartment: 90-110 KShrink: under 3 %Flow: went from second to first in flowWins: Got a great reset done, moved from second to flow to first. Gained three facings and consolidated Olivia’s down three facings. Manger also said he will order deep green line when I suggested it. Also added point of sale and when I got to the store there were no sale tags, so I got all proper tags made. Wharton Shop RiteManager: StephenDepartment:120 KStore: 1.5 M

Shrink: under 3%Wins: picked up two facings, also scheduled a reset for Monday to pick up some more space and to dress up the section with point of sale. Manager also said he can give me a secondary location for the 11 oz sale at front end cap of store (100% of people walking in will see!)

Interns are good for our Business

This is a great way for us to have more boots on the streets and at a “ cheap cost”.

They both have made a tremendous

differences at the shelf as well as building relationships w/ the produce managers
