Employ highly paid musicians who normally enjoy a form of tenure. Little year-to-year turnover in orchestra composition; on average four members are hired per year. Step #1- The Search. Professionally.... ... Your agent does that for you.. Pre-professionally.... Be observant at school . Locate local theatrical companies websites. Casting notices are currently posted online more frequently. Research!. Know for . what. you are auditioning.. Entrance into a program. Scholarships. A play (classical/contemporary, heightened text/ common vernacular, up and coming author/ seasoned playwright, political theatre, dramatic/comedic, etc.). The Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged). Auditions will be September 8. th. & 9. th. in the auditorium from 3:00 to 6:00.. You must choose one day and be able to stay the whole time.. Auditions. Research!. Know for . what. you are auditioning.. Entrance into a program. Scholarships.
