Queen Victoria was Britans longest ever Queen to live from 1837 to 1901.Victoria's saddest moment was when prince albert died. He died in 1893Slide7

Object lessons

Infant children had object lessons. The teacher held up a object or a picture. On our Victorian day Miss put a leaf on the table and we drew it. Slide8

HolidaysVictorians swam in the sea and tried to catch fish for tea.

When they got home they cooked it in a pan and they had a little tiny piece each for tea Slide9

ClothesMen wore smart suits and the women wore big dresses.

Some girls tripped over their dresses because they were so long.Slide10
