Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Candidate must be hands on and have experience with ATE’s, micro probing and development of new products. Responsibility includes debugging, Characterize, qualied and transfer to production. Must have hands on experience with Logic Analyzers, oscilloscope, Auto Wafer prober, manual wafer prober, handlers. Candidate collects the data during dierent steps of development and prepares the reports using standard software, Matlab, Jump etc. Requirements BS EE, but MS preferred. Minimum 4+ years as a product and or test engineer specic experience in memories products such as FLASH,SRAM,DRAM.
