Initiated - Form 90 gets generated based on information in Recipient's list or when users add a fellowship by clicking new fellowship button.
Saved - A form can be saved multiple times before it is submitted by clicking 'Save' button. Once submitted, this option disappears.
Submitted
- When a user submits the form by clicking 'Submit' button.
Completed - When the budget account info is entered and 'Reviewed by GSBO' button is clicked. This option is available only for Marci. For non "Purdue Graduate" fellowships this step is bypassed and a form attains 'Completed' status when 'Submit' button is clicked.
Reviewed by Bursar - When the bursar office reviews the form and click on 'Reviewed by Bursar' button.
Revised - Submitted - Once submitted, a form can be revised at any point by the business users by clicking the 'Revise' button.
Revised - Completed -
