Description: Think your cooking is the best? Then enter our competition and find out! We’ll be competing for best dishes in certain categories. Our categories are as follows: Sauce, Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Parmigiana, Baked Ziti, Bruschetta, Italian Dessert. If you’re interested in competing, please fill out the attached form and read the rules described below. The competition well be held at Roy C. Ketcham High School in the cafeteria. The date of the event is Friday, February 27th, 2015.
It is recommended that competitors arrive at Roy C. Ketcham at 5PM, an hour before the start of the event so you may set up properly. It is expected to end between 8 and 9PM.
Guidelines: 1. You may choose only up to two categories. 2. The dishes that are made must be in bite size portions. 3. You must fill out and complete the form by February 17th, 2015 4. There must be enough food for 100 individuals to sample. 5. You are responsible for keeping your dish warm.
We understand that it may be a secret family recipe, but for the safety of voters, please provide a list of the ingredients in your recipe. Portions are not necessary. This is REQUIRED.
At the Event:•Prizes will be awarded towards the end of the competition, approximately 30minutes prior. •You are responsible for guarding and manning your table, you will be distributing your food. Italian National Honors Society members will assist you in keeping customers in accordance.
