Goalie outlets to one wing defensemen, who carries up field then throws a long crossfield pass to the other wing defensemen. At the same time this is happening, the middle defensemen runs up middle and circles towards the second wing defensemen. The middle defensemen catches pass and carries to score.

Ball Starts with a 2 v 1. The 3 players stay in and a player from each group is added to make a 3 v 2 then repeated again to make a 4-3. After completion of 4-3 a new group begins with 2 v 1.
