No. 201300\SS03\R72(4) A person who violates subsection (1) of this section27shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be28punished by imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year, or fine not29to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or both. A person who30violates subsection (3) of this section shall be guilty of a31misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprisonment not to exceed32six (6) months, or fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars33($1,000.00), or both.34SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from35and after July 1, 2000.36
