LandscapingSince the resident-turnover, significant improvements have been made in the mowing of common areas.Major common areas are mowed regularly
Unused lots are mowed on a monthly or quarterly basis as needed, with the edges mowed more frequently.
The purpose of mowing the common areas is to improve appearance and prevent rodents and reptiles.Slide8
LandscapingMowing Our BanksTo help promote safety and appearance, residents with grassy banks that face other homes have been asked to mow their banks during the growing months.
Whether a resident has a bank that needs mowing is a case-by-case basis. There are many exceptions. Please ask a Board Member if your bank needs to be mowed during the growing months. Slide9
