Why The Five Elements Challenge ©

Mental satisfaction of associating with a noble cause like IIMPACT. A feeling of achievement competing and contributing as a part of a team.

A high sense of self awareness through the ‘pipe dreams’. A ‘no boundaries’ feeling leading to a shift in paradigms at a personal

level through the ‘Fire walk’. Increase in self confidence levels through the ‘Three Minutes Noodles’ which involves a small show everyone has to be a part of.

Awakening the group dynamics and an ability to create music through ‘Beats work’.

Wider horizons through meeting multi-talented people from

different professional backgrounds and industries.Slide7

Beatswork

Musical extravanza on a great scale…as the entire group transforms into a giant percussion band.

Without doubt Beatswork is the most exhilarating group activity to swipe the world. Using the infections rhythms of Samba,

Beatswork transforms individual performers into a percussion band – with each person playing their part, in time and on cue. Starting in small groups with a professional percussionist, your group is taught the basics of samba beats and breaks . By using a variety of rhythm based warm up activities, they soon move to real instruments with each group learning different activities and rhythms. As the confidence and ability grows, the groups are brought together in preparation for a stunning and pulsating finale of epic proportions.

Duration – 3 hours

An engaging activity where all participants line up and a glass is placed at the end of the line. The team has to roll a marble into the pipe held by the team members at the start of the line and the participants have to transfer the marble from one pipe piece to another and drop the marble in the glass at the end of the line.

Requiring a good degree of team co-ordination, the activity needs complete concentration and focus.

to create catapults with the limited materials provided followed by an inter-team catapult competition as the finale

.Duration – 1 hour
