e can build our resilience muscles by practicing resilience.
How?
Be positive.
Remind yourself of all the things you are good at.
You are brave and will try new things.
It’s ok to ask for help.

J. K. Rowling had a really tough time before she became successful.
She was depressed, had no money and no job.
Her first Harry Potter book was rejected by the publisher.
Did she give up? No
. She bounced back
!
She sent it to lots of publishers but it was rejected again –12 times in total!
Did she give up? No. She bounced back!She kept going, she worked hard to achieve her goal.Eventually, J. K. Rowling succeeded and is now one of

Justin Bieber became famous, all thanks to the internet.
Lots of people were really mean to him!

The bullying continued. People spread lies and rumours about him, and hacking all his videos on YouTube.

Every mistake he made (and yes, there were a few), was plastered all over the press.

That’s not to say that by simply being resilient, we will become rich and famous like J. K. Rowling or Justin Bieber.
It wasn’t always easy for them.
It’s just that we only see the good bits, not all the hard work and determination that has gone before….Slide10
