3. 3DTNA Repair Tag Instructions – DTNA PlantMaterial Manager - Distribute Repair Tags to all relevant locations in plant (CIW, Cab Trim, Chassis, etc.)Employee - Fill out all fields on Repair Tag and clearly describe the damage. The tags are made of waterproof Tyvek, and can be written on with a normal pen.Employee - Using the wires and making sure tag is clearly visible, securely attach Repair Tag to the rack.Material Manager - Contact Sean Hutchinson when Repair Tag stock needs to be replenished. 4. 4DTNA Repair Tag Instructions – Material SupplierMaterial Supplier – Set aside any rack seen with damage even if Repair Tag is not present. Leave Repair Tag on rack if tag is present.Material Supplier – When ‘full truckload’ (FTL) of damaged racks are gathered, contact the DTNA/Universal Logistics packaging engineer for repair instructions. Please provide the necessary details of the damaged racks (rack ID, qty, description of damages)US Suppliers – Leslie Briseño (leslie_yarazet.briseno@daimlertruck.com) and Jason Van Buren (jason.van_buren@daimlertruck.com)MX Suppliers – Nestor Ramos (nestor.ramos@daimlertruck.com) and Gerardo Garza (gerardo.garza@daimlertruck.com)Material Supplier – If a rack is in a critical shortage, it is approved to coordinate rack repairs immediately instead of waiting for a truck load.
