Yes, the hotel front desk can make those arrangements for you.
If my name is not on the hotel reservation, can I check-in to a friend’s room?
No, if the hotel does not show you registered to stay in that room you will not be able to check in.

Can the hotels confirm my reservation if I call them before Festival?
A. You may confirm your reservation with Convention Housing Partners at anytime. Once we transfer the reservations to the hotels in early to mid-June, you will be able to confirm your reservation with your hotel.
