Under Article 1 Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, states are prohibited from implementing foreign political initiatives through its prohibition by states of engaging in treaties, Alliances or Confederations. Specifically, support and implementation of the United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development under direction of an NGO called ICLEI(International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, now also known as ICLEI - Local lly imposed limitations upon your legal authority. Although Sebastopol may no longer pay annual ICLEI membership dues, the city is still voting on international matters under explicit policies and orders from ICLEI which violates your oath of office. The following additional facts give rise to the condition of treasonous violations: The United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held ert the U.S. Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights and to advance the UN Agenda upon falsified science of invented mass pollution. This is documented in the JFK study released in 1966 called "The Iron Mountain Report" and was known to be a treasonous plot against the American People. Further, documents of treason are the "Silent Weapons Quiet Wars" and the "NWO Exposed by Insider 1969". The United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council for rough local "sustainable development" policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, regional Visioning Projects, and other "Green" or "Alternative" projects. The United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called "sustainable development" views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms; all as destructive to the environment. According to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialist/communist redistribution of wealth. According to United Nations Agenda 21 policy National sovereignty is deemed as social injustice. At the United Nations Conference on Human Settlemen defined as: “We commit to address SOCIAL INJUSTICE. Land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals . Private land ownership is also a principle instrument of ore contributes to SOCIAL INJUSTICE. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable.” Accordingly you have violated your oath of office as you are implementing foreign policies that are California and of the U.S. Constitution. Immediately start the process of mitigating the damage caused by ICLEI policies. Do not initiate or approve the Climate Action Plan that is a template on the ICLEI website. This plan is treasonous and furthers Agenda 21 which subverts all our rights and Constitutional sovereignty. Expose the destructive and insidious nature of the United Nations Agenda 21 to the public and the public policy makers and advise of the dangerous intent of the plan. Reject United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for "sustainable" development and reject any grant monies attached to it.
