This page is the nurses main page. This is our most importen tool for our daily rutine and tasks.

Slide3
Nurse report and TODO

When we write our nurse report in the note box, we can directly put a task or message to the TODO page. We can choose which occupational group the task or message shall go to. The message that we send to TODO, links to the patient we wrote rapport on.

Slide4

When you have found the patient, and have for example a note for the doctors about this patient, click new TODO button. This side will appear. Fill in which occupational group who will recive the message, priority, heading (maincontents) and the message or task, supplementary. When you are done creating the message, click in the grey field for storage.

Nurses, embryologists, doctors and our secretary are all logged in, in their own occupational group in LF. If the occupational group has undone tasks the TODO button will turn red.

In this picture the TODO button is red. That means that I as a nurse have unfinished tasks. By clicking the red TODO button, this page will prove. You will se an overview of tasks. By clicking on the arrow to the left in front of priority, the completed message/task will show. The message/task is linked to a certain patient. Click the patient button, and the patient journal will appear. Perform the task before you click ”utført” (conducted) button.

Homepage

When you login to LF and the homepage opens, you can see if your occupational group have any unfinished tasks. The TODO botton will then appear with red colour. If your group doesnt have any task/messages, the TODO botton will appear black. This as a reminder to check your TODO.
