Facility Investment Services ProgramPreventative Maintenance – Changing out HVAC air filters equivalent to changing the air or oil filter in your car. Scheduled service.Service Calls – Repairing a clogged toilet equivalent to replacing the water pump on your car. Small un-scheduled repair.

IDIQ Task Orders – Repairing or replacing a facility system or a large system component, like an HVAC system equivalent to replacing the HVAC system in your car. Large un-scheduled repair.

High level of competency with Facilities Engineering and OperationsGood performance track record on previous similar contracts.Corporate experience with Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, Service Calls and MAXIMO or other Asset Management systems.
