Facility Investment Services ProgramPreventative Maintenance – Changing out HVAC air filters equivalent to changing the air or oil filter in your car. Scheduled service.Service Calls – Repairing a clogged toilet equivalent to replacing the water pump on your car. Small un-scheduled repair.
IDIQ Task Orders – Repairing or replacing a facility system or a large system component, like an HVAC system equivalent to replacing the HVAC system in your car. Large un-scheduled repair.
