Student to Student SOAR sheets
Hoyt Community One way people at Hoyt show a sense of community is by doing nice things for others because they care. When someone picks up a pencil you dropped or holds a door open for you, saying thank you is a polite response to show appreciation. At Hoyt we have something called Student to Student SOAR tickets. Giving one of these to someone says that you recognize that person for SOARing at Hoyt and that they are appreciated as part of this community, th e Hoyt community.
Student to Student SOAR ticket Think of something you have witnessed being done by a Hoyt student for another student in this building. We are going to complete a ticket for that student as a thank you for being a fine Hawk here at Hoyt.

Quilt Block Square: You are going to decorate a piece of card stock that has images/words that represent you as an individual. These squares will be put together in a “class quilt” that represents our Hawk Time class community. These Hawk Time quilts will be put together to represent a grade level community quilt. Those larger grade level quilts will be put together to show our HOYT Middle School community quilt.
